CONTACT FORMS

As part of the data to be provided in the contact forms, we will save your name and e-mail address until your request has been fully processed. We do not use your data for any purposes other than for your inquiry. By submitting your details in the contact form, you give your consent to the storage and processing of your name and e-mail address for the purpose of fully processing your request. We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.

RIGHT OF PROVIDING INFORMATION

DATA FOR THE NEWSLETTER

If you subscribe to the newsletter mailing list, the data you have filled out will be saved by us on a server. We use this data exclusively for sending the e-mail newsletter. The data sets are used for statistical evaluations to analyze the system performance. We do not pass your data on to third parties and do not use them for any other purposes of our own. The registration system with an additional confirmation message containing a link to final registration (“double opt-in”) ensures that you explicitly want the newsletter and that you consent to the storage and processing of your email address for the purpose of sending the newsletter and for statistical evaluations to analyze system performance.

You can withdraw your subscription to the newsletter and your consent to the storage and processing of your email address at any time by sending an email to office@format3dstudio.de. In this case, the data you have entered or made available will be deleted by us immediately.

COOKIES

In order to be able to offer you certain functions on our website, we use so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your computer for the duration of a browser session.
